We had an opportunity to chat with Boyfriend for a bit right before their showcase at K-Pop Festival 2015 in Warsaw.
Check out this short interview!
AMP: So how was your flight?
Donghyun: It was a very long and tiring flight, but we were thinking about all those fans that are waiting for us, so we managed.
AMP: What do you do during long flights like these except sleeping?
Donghyun: We watch movies… watch movies and… then watch some more movies. (laughs)
AMP: What was your first impression of Poland?
Jeongmin: Poland is beautiful. Really beautiful.
AMP: Is there anything in particular that caught your eye?
Jeongmin: I like the Palace of Culture and Science. The weather is nice as well, much nicer than current hot wet summer weather in Korea.
Donghyun: We were really impressed by all the old buildings in Warsaw since it looks totally different from old buildings in Korea.
AMP: Do you plan on doing any sightseeing later? Is there anything you would like to see?
Jeongmin: We’ve heard that the famous place in Poland is the Warsaw’s Old Town, so we would like to see it.
AMP: You’ve been in Europe before, have you noticed any differences between European and Korean fans?
Donghyun: Their eye colours are different. Hair colours differ too… (laughs)
Youngmin: … However, they all share the love for us, that’s why we also answer with equal love.
AMP: What is the song that you like to perform the most?
Youngmin: I like our newest song Bounce the best.
Donghyun: I really liked it when we performed Lost Memory for the first time.
AMP: What are other places in the world that you would like to visit or go for a vacation to?
Donghyun: I’d like to visit Spain.
Jeongmin: I would happily come back to Poland for vacation, I really like it here.
AMP: Would you like to say something to your Polish Bestfriends?
Donghyun: It is a huge honour to be able to finally meet you guys. I hope that we will create amazing memories together. We will do our best today for sure!
AMP: Thank you and we hope you have a great time in Poland!
Boyfriend: Thank you!
A big thank you to Starship Entertainment and Korean Culture Center in Poland for the interview opportunity.
